The 20 credit ADVANCED CERTIFICATE IN OPERATIONS MANAGEMENT comprises 10 courses, designed to enable aspiring and new team leaders and supervisors to rapidly acquire the knowledge and skills to excel in a first-line  supervisory or team leadership role within an operations unit or department. On successful completion of this program, candidates will be awarded the ACCREDITED QUALITY MANAGER qualification.

  • Level: New and aspiring team leaders and supervisors in an operations role / unit.
  • Units: 10 (See details below)
  • Credits: 20 (2 credits for each unit)
  • Learning: 6 months at 8 hours per week.
  • CPD Hours: 200 
  • Assessment: 2 Multiple Choice Exams (75 mins each exam)
  • Certification: GIAM Management Credentials (digital certificate and badges)

The 30 credit ADVANCED DIPLOMA IN OPERATIONS MANAGEMENT comprises 10 courses, designed to enable experienced operations managers to acquire the knowledge and skills of strategic management and operational leadership to enter a senior operational leadership role in the organization such as General Manager, Director of Operations, COO, etc..On successful completion of this program, candidates will be awarded the ACCREDITED SENIOR OPERATIONS MANAGER qualification.

  • Level: New and aspiring team leaders and supervisors in an operations role / unit.
